    SECRET 2 :Eat

                    File this in the counter intuitive category, especially if you are having trouble controlling your eating. Your brain burns heavily into your stores of glucose when attempting to exert self control. If your blood sugar is low, you are far more likely to succumb to destructive impulses. Sugary foods spike your sugar levels quickly and leave you drained and vulnerable shortly thereafter. Eating something that provides a slow burn for your body, such as whole grain rice and meat, will give you a longer window of self control. So, if you're having trouble keeping yourself out of the company of candy bin when you're hungry, make sure you eat something else if you want to have a fighting chance.

     SECRET 3: Exercise


                     Getting your body moving for as little as 10 minutes releases GABA, a neurotransmitter that makes your brain feel soothed and keeps you in control of your impulses. If you are having trouble resisting the impulse to walk over to the office next door to let somebody have it, just keep on walking. You should have the impulse under control by the time you get back.

    SECRET 4 :Sleeping

                    Normally, it is a good idea to sleep, because the body needs some rest after daily work or job, but not withstanding, you have to control the way you sleep, For example sleeping during the day will always give you a sleepless night, so if you are the type that sleep during the day that means you have a job or something else to battle with at night, eg. reading, typing and surfing the internet, because many people believe that network is always good and strong at midnight. Before you sleep you have to watch what you eat before sleeping, eating heavy food like pounded yam, Eba, Fufu etc. Will surely make your body heavy when you wake in morning, so eat light food when are about to sleep and make sure you don't go to bed immediately you finish eating.
                    Secondly, your sleeping posture is very important, make sure you don't sleep anyhow because of the next morning, when you sleep normal with a good posture you will surely wake up and find your self healthy in the next morning. Always use your side to sleep, either left or right.
